I always have thought about this, well I mean tattoos on the most private part of male's anatomy? But I could not imagine until now! My jaw dropped and still on the floor and all I could think of is AAARGHHH....OUUUCHHHHH!!!

This guy must have been on anesthetics or something to endure the pain. Either that or he must be high on drugs.
