JUSTICE AND CORRUPTION

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo granted executive clemency to former president Joseph Ejercito Estrada by a stroke of a pen ensuring the 70 yrs old restored to his civil and political rights. Magnanimous it would seem but to some detractors smells a political ploy on Arroyo's part. I'd raise eyebrowz myself but I just plucked them the day before she signed the pardon papers. To tell you the truth, I hardly know anything about my Philippines my Philippines. Can't be able to decides whose side I'm on, the ruling government or Erap's nagkahirap - hirap na buhay.
